Asset creation in churches is the root cause of all these problems. All of us should follow christ. That is lost in all church denominations. Nobody is believing others. If somebody initiate a move for peace in two factions of malankara church let us pray for its success in the name of Jesus. Let us pray for our bishops to think in proper way and implement the teachings of our saviour Jesus christ. Let them sit together and decide the future of both factions. Even jacobites, malakara orthodox and marthoma church also join togetherand in later stages all other church factions like malankara catholic, csi etc. Finally churches should teach only the christian way of life. At that time there will not be any requirement of established churches. That is how we can create kingdom of God in earth. Let us pray for that and work for that.

There is no Jakobaya sabha leagaly. Because the 1934 Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha Constitution is accepted by the Jacobaya Suriyani Sabha. As per that Constitution the Sabha name was Changed to Malankara Orthodox Suriyani Sabha because Jakobaya is the name put by the Catholic Sabha to tease the Syriyan Christians.

Through this, he is suggesting that the SC order of 2017 in the factional dispute case was the Apex Court's attempt to destroy the Jacobite Church. He is thereby also attempting to undermine the rule of law. The fact is, not just an entity like Jacobite Church, but anybody who is aggrieved by a judicial order must seek remedy through approaching the judiciary itself; and not attempt to defeat the law by approaching the Executive arm of democracy. Instead of resisting the merger of the Jacobite Church into MOSC, the clergy of Jacobite Church who are aggrieved by the poor deal doled out to them, they could always approach the HC citing violation of their fundamental rights, among other options.

@@AttillatheHun I do not deny the fact that, particularly in the lower judiciary, there are lots of unscrupulous elements that are a blot on civilised society, but as we go higher in the judicial apparatus, these tendencies are rarer. We must also not forget the fact that it was not the full bench of SC that gave the judicial order. Having a proper legal team with high integrity is crucial for the JSC if they wish to make any headway. If the JSC top management itself is dumb in such matters, how can they blame others? They also ought to have an independent audit team of legal judicial experts who examine their current legal situation and existing legal orders and transparently communicate their findings to the affected laity on an ongoing basis so that larger good of the laity does not get compromised due to suppression of facts and legal situations.
