One of the reasons I love Miyashita Yuu's covers, collabs, and original works so much is the sheer amount of layers he adds with his vocals. There's almost always flourishes, breaths, octaves, and ornamentals that beautifully compliment the instrumentals and feel of the songs and the main vocal melody. Every time I listen to one of his works, I hear something new; A high pitched, faint voice in the background; A low, soothing voice underneath all the movement; and WONDERFUL construction of harmonies and chords. I've listened to this song in particular a few times now, and I 'm starting to listen closely to deliberately try to find something new I haven't noticed before. When the chorus kicks up at 1:05, I usually pay attention to the beautiful main vocals (rightfully so. They *are* the main vocals). However, today, I noticed that there were high pitched vocals from Yuu-san floating above the main melody... At first I thought they were high string instruments because of how smooth and controlled it sounded, but no, that's his voice!! And that's incredible to me! If I'm correct (I just quickly used my tuning app on my phone), he's singing around the range of F#5 - B5. Not only that, but it's balanced incredibly well with the other parts Yuu-san has put into the vocals. I can't express how much this man impresses me as a musician and artist. Miyashita Yuu, thank you for sharing your art and passions with us.

I havent watched the video, but ive listened to it many times. And the feeling I get from it is sadness, longing, a missed opportunity in love perhaps.
