I bought a new HP laptop from Megenagna 3 months ago. The battery barely lasts 2.5 hours on active use, against their ad of 6 hrs (both on their telegram and on the guarantee paper they gave me). Not only that, the laptop has a low electric current that I can feel through the metal body when plugged in. I took it back within a week of the trial period, and after explaining the problems, they downplayed the issues and were not willing to return or change the PC. FYI - the PC is 12th gen, not an old model.

everywhere is the same i bought mine at bole same issue. its better to buy brand new pc than any used. and buying from a relative is better

Please don't laptop from Ethiopia. All of them are selling repack or old laptops imported from china and Dubai 😢😢😢😢

@@HailemichaelBizuneh You are right my sister bought one for her and she has the same problem with the computer. She took it to return to them with guaranteed respite they denied the fault of the computer and in the beginning, they were willing not to take it back until my brother got involved. The products are not genuine or original they are very good copies.

Poor way of camera Manship you should be focusing on the laptops and the information provided on them.... this was a really boring and disappointing take but all in all thanks.
