I think I am genetically blessed with good hair. My personal experience. Always keep the scalp oiled with coconut oil. Never use hot water for hair wash only lukewarm water. Use pure shigekai or Johnson baby shampoo never use any other chemical shampoo. Wash hair only once a week and keep it covered while going out to avoid pollution. Don’t brush your hair regularly use wide teeth comb only when necessary. Like Mysore mango said if you take tension about hair loss you will lose even more with the tension 😅. Hope it helps. I am not a doctor so don’t take it as an advice but suggestion.
