People go to China and say they like everything but dont realize it cannot be replicated everywhere due to the cultural diffrence,so the definition of development is not just modernization its also how society can change that's where the problem will arise ,culture cannot change that is why China is different

I think it is because countries like China, Japan, and Korea have collectivist societies (where the individual will make a greater sacrifice in their personal freedom for the sake of the collective society). Other societies in other countries around the world are not as collectivist and some are more individualistic. For an example, in America, we have a very individualistic society (where the individual comes before the collective group). There are benefits to an individualistic society (such as more personal freedom), but there are downsides as well (people tend to neglect societal issues and instead focus only on their own personal issues that affect themselves). East Asian countries tend to follow cultural values that stem from Confucianism (which prioritize hierarchy, education, and civil responsibility).

System are just tools it cannot enable a random country to continuously create world's pioneering. However, it is extremely difficult to analyse and explain Chinese culture, a civilization that has remained unbroken for five thousand years. So yes, you can copy China’s system but you can’t copy China’s achievements.
