Recently joined Daniels channel, enjoyed his honesty rating and variety food selection.
these are different types of mushrooms/fungus i'm guessing? i usually say 香菇/蘑菇 but anyway, each dish looks so good, especially the stinky tofu and that 1 cube of fermented tofu, my favorite! while i am fluent in Mandarin i still wish there were some English translations for these fancy dishes 😅
