Boil Chinese Brown sugar 220 gm with water 165 gm, until thick then add in honey 35 gm then add water around 300 gm, to make up 720 gm in total. Sift cake flour 375 gm, Tapioca flour 65 gm, baking powder 16 gm, baking soda 3 g, stir into brown sugar mixture with oil 35 gm.then rest for 30 mins. Then pour it into a mould and steam for 15-20 mins. When done. sprinkle tasted sesame seeds ontop. Cut when cool.
