Are you sure you got the serious fault because of hitting the curb although your result said steering control serious fault? I thought you got the serious fault because the pedestrian didn’t finish crossing the zebra crossing.

The foot brake faults you were either stopped short or harsh braking I guess. Awareness and planning may be you reacted late to the car revering out from the right.

You oversteered. There were bollards on the left. You narrowly missed them. That's why a serious fault was recorded.
