Love your recipe for 蘿蔔糕. 臘腸 is getting more and more expensive, so I have also substituted French saucisson. It has the oil but not quite the aroma. I've never tried using fresh prawns and I worry that the 蘿蔔糕 won't keep as long. For dried prawns, you can go to the Afro-Caribbean section of your supermarket and buy dried Crayfish.
