The THING on the guitar is called a CAPO …it does not make a special sound it raises the key while playing the same chord shapes on the guitar! She has it on the first fret. It’s commonly used but more often on acoustic guitars. I think HITSUJIBUNGAKU is my favorite band in the world right now. Moeka-San is an incredible talent! Thank you😁
