王萌，因为我刚生了宝宝不知道什么时候能做个新的视频，所以我先给你一个简单的介绍。在很多情况下，provide和offer有同样的意思。比如说，住在宾馆的时候，宾馆有可能"provide a free breakfast"也可以说"offer a free breakfast." 意思就是说 宾馆给你提供。但是offer这个词会带着“选项”的下意思。比如说，某种服务is offered，就是说，你可以选择收到该服务，如果选择的话，宾馆会给你准备free breakfast。但如果早饭is provided，provide这个词意味着早饭是已经被准备好了的。但你不要想得太多，这两个词经常可以交换的用，就是有的时候会意味着稍微不同的下意思。然后，worry about和be worried about，好像就是不同时态。I worry about him 就是说 我对他的心态就是worry，一直是worry about他。但be worried about的时态是正在进行的。有具体的一件事令你worried about him. 英文里，说worry这个词的进行时态的时候，我们习惯说be worried（用过去时态来表示正在进行），也可以说be worrying，但worried听上去更自然。
