As he got injured really bad, she runs to him, saying she wants see his real self, now saying what he used to say with another meaning "It's alright, it's alright" he meant it's alright she should laugh, she means now that it is alright if he can't be happy all the time and it is okay to cry, now in the end he said "The lying Pierrot, has vanished." It's prettu sad.
