To find the adj of a 2x2 matrix you can interchange the diagonal elements and change the sign of the non diagonal elements

Why i cannot get the same answer for Z21. I''m using the condition method( I2 = 0 ). I put a voltage source at input port and output port is left open. So, from the formula Z21= V2/I1 , i need to find V2. Since its open at the output port, V2 is simply equals to I1R3 = V3. But, its giving me different answer.

However when I tried VDR method, it gives me the correct answer. Is there any difference between VDR method and simple ohm's law? Please help me : )
