Coriander seeds-75 Grams Or 1 Cup
Fennel Seeds-35 Grams Or 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds-20 Grams Or 2 1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper Corns-10 Grams Or 1 Tbsp + 1/4 Tsp
Fenugreek Seeds-3 Gram Or 1 Tsp
Turmeric-2 Grams
Cinnamon-1 Gram
Mace-2 Grams
Cloves-12 or 1 Gram
Cardamom-12 Or 1 Gram
Curry Leaves Sprigs-12
Rampa/Pandan-6
Oil-1/2 Tbsp
Rice-8 Grams Or 1/2 Tbsp + 1/2 Tsp
Meat Masala Powder:
Rampa/Pandan-22 Pieces
Curry leaves Sprigs-3
Cloves-1 Tbsp Or 6 Grams
Cinnamon-6 Grams
Cardamom-1 Tbsp Or 6 Grams
Mace-1 Tbsp Or 4 Grams
Fennel Seeds-1 Tbsp Or 7 Grams
