He is a great Judge.. But I have a bad experience in his hearing .. Once We had a bail cancellation case against a real estate cheat.. He was about to order bail cancellation the next day... But he was unfortunately transferred to Madurai and there was no follow up or continuity on the case and after much struggle the case was moved to a different judge and the new judge had no idea on the last hearing and status of the case...all because there is no proper follow up documentation on case hearing... And eventually the case was back to the zero stage and nothing happened later... And the cheaters are still roaming outside for about 10 years now... Justice was denied to 300 plus victims... I do not no its the failure of the judicial system or the judge himself... Because if the latest hearing details and decision to cancell the bail was recorded in the case document.. There would have been a continuity and justice would have been delivered to 300 poor victims... But I have seen justice Mahadevan's hearings... He was a great human being... May be we the victims were just unlucky...
