जर तुम्ही व्यवस्थापनाला अनेक वर्षांपासून पगार वाढवण्यास सांगत असाल तर ते सध्याच्या अभियंत्याचे मनोरंजन करणार नाहीत. परंतु जर तुम्ही राजीनामा दिला तर ते दुसर्‍या अभियंत्याला नियुक्त करतील ज्याला सध्याच्या भूमिका आणि कामाबद्दल माहिती नाही आणि व्यवस्थापन नवीन अभियंत्याला किती पगार देतात ते पहा. अंतिम परिणाम: नवीन भरती झालेल्या अभियंत्याचा पगार त्या जुन्या अभियंत्यापेक्षा कितीतरी जास्त असेल जी जुण्या अभियंता तेव्हढी अपेक्षा पण नव्हती... आणि frustration एव्हडं असत कि जुना इंजिनेर resign cancel करत नाही आणि management ला तेव्हा कळायला लागत जुन्या engineer ची value .. Why no one is talking about the product design and manufacturing? Industry 4.0, block chain, AI are just IT support type jobs where US and EU firms get superficial projects done from outside and earn the core profit. India needs the original manufactured products.... This is called as "service industry farming" that US did to India and "manufacturing industry farming" to China. India needs to go beyond this and make Manufacturing as the top priority based on $$ paid.... rather more than IT services so that talent is moving towards manufacturing... otherwise everyone will want to go to IT services. Only IT or services would just fuel $1=Rs80 more and more.

Absolutely....you nailed it. आपला देश कृषीप्रधान आहे. सरकारने कृषीमधे इनव्हेस्टमेंट केली तर विविध प्रकारच्या नोकर्या निर्माण होऊ शकतात. उदा. Processing plants, cold storages, suryes of crops etc... ह्या सगळ्या मुलभूत infrastructure शिवाय शेती व्यवसाय वर्षानुवर्षे सुरू आहे ज्याचे वाईट परिणाम वर्षानुवर्षे दिसत आहेतच.

One has to start from the basics for that. Take any hardware equipment and disassemble it. Every small component comes from China, which means even the machinery to make those small component is in China. Start from raw materials all the way to finished products and thats how you will make India the manufacturing hub

Aadhi 5 cars na 6-7 engines asayche.. aata 7-8 gaadyanna 2-3 engines laagtaat. here is first reduction in requirement. 2ndly, sagle modular platforms banavtyat. Eka vehicle la ek platform nahiye. Ek platform var 5-6 vehicles banavlya jaatat. Essentially, suspension, brakes, axles, wheels, tires, he sagla commonise kela jaata. Ithe 2nd reduction. 3rd reduction - Entire automotive industry is going to EV cars. Mag kashala engineers jasta laagtil. IT is supporting old industry as well as transition to new industry. Now a days market is in boom industry is giving a terrific hike like 60-80% hikes. Like 3 years experience people are getting 30-40 LPA in data analytics. Switching companies will help for better hikes as inflation is so high cannot sustain will less pay salary. Everything is becoming expensive now.
