Thanks to the experience Gentaro is receiving by playing with his little brother, he is going to make an outstanding father. Also, for all those haters out there, you need to remember that even though these gorillas were born in captivity, they are still WILD ANIMALS. With that being said, Gentaro is behaving as tender and as normal as he possibly can towards Kintaro. More gentler than what Momotaro was towards Gentaro when he was small.

Ahhhhh... my heart was overwhelmed at Gentaro finally holding and loving on his baby brother! He has Waited so long... yes, he has been naughty at times but he also has been patient, frustrated, clobbered, chased, took a wee beatdown from Kintaro 😉 and still, he waits and pleads for some bonding time. Didn’t he shine on this day! The love was so visible, for us all to see! I’m so glad Genki was able to trust. I know it’s very hard for her to do. Gentaro surely proved himself worthy of that trust today. 👏🏻

Gentaro is a beautiful creature and highly intelligent. Those unpleasant behaviour that we see from Gentaro can be explained. Genki is a great mother without a doubt but, she can be over protected of her new baby and pushes Gentaro away who is extremely inquisitive in nature. Genki behave this way because of her past experienced of having her first born taken away. However, It affects how Gentaro’s response because he doesn’t understand why his mother treats him that way. Considering his age where puberty is started to kick in must be very hard for him. If one can understand him then he’ll behave in a manner where is comfortable and feeling love instead of being isolated, lonely and sad with total confusion. He is like human who has emotion. We can easily get hurts for some reasons.

I can hardly believe my eyes. 😂 Hell, I’m shocked when either of them fall asleep. They get the most out of their day.. I can’t believe how interesting this gorilla family has become. These two need to meet Shabani. Then Shabani, Gentaro, Kintaro all need to meet Lope. As rambunctious as they all are that would be a sight to see. Just a quick moment would be enough. Then give Genki her babies back. I really believe Genki would give up on life if she didn’t have her babies around. Thank you for sharing these beautiful beast with the rest of the world.

Gentero is a really funny guy. He's trying to keep Kentero from biting him which he loves to do. Thus the head block. But they've always had good communication with each other.

Verity sweet moments but Gentaro wasn't just sweet.. He had Kintaro in the position where something is behind Kintaros back and then he press his underarm against Kintaros throat. That's what Genki saw and tried to stop. Gentaro can easily kill Kintaro that way and somehow I think he knows that it can cause a lot of damage. Watch his face and eyes when he does it. I love Gentaro but he hasn't turned to the nice big brother over night but if this day is an indication, I hope he'll become the best brother Kintaro can have. 🤓🏴‍☠️🇸🇪
