'Compliance' for KZbinrs and Instagrammers: What the Proposed Broadcast Bill Says
Online creators anywhere in the world, and streaming services, can come under the regulations proposed by the draft Broadcast Bill.
Online streaming services, social media accounts and online video creators, from across the globe, might come under the regulation of the Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) according to the latest version of the country’s proposed Broadcast Bill. The proposed changes in the Bill will have significant implications for press and creative freedom. Some of the aspects of the Bill reported here were first reported by the Hindustan Times.
KZbinrs and Instragrammers (and perhaps TikTok creators) beyond a certain threshold of users will have to intimate the Indian government of their existence within a month of the Bill being passed, and register with a three tier regulatory structure previously applicable to streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar.

ఇదొక ఆచరణకు నోచుకోలేని పనికి మాలిన ఆలోచన,ప్రభుత్వం చెయ్యాల్సిన పని చెయ్యకుండా ఎక్స్ట్రా పనుల మీద విలువైన సమయాన్ని ఎందుకు Waste చేసుకుంటుందో అర్థం కావడం లేదు. సోషియల్ మీడియాలో చెడును యూజర్స్ ఎవరికి వారు నియంత్రణ చేసుకోవాలి గానీ...ప్రభుత్వం & ఇతర సంస్థలు కాదు.నిజంగా ప్రభుత్వం సోషియల్ మీడియాను సంస్కరించాలి అని తలిస్తే....ముందు చెయ్యాల్సిన పని రియల్ సొసైటీ లో నైతికసౌశీల్యం ను పెంపొందించడం తాము నైతికంగా ఉన్నత స్థితిలో ఉంటూ....🙂

I don't like Modi for his undemocratic atttitude. I prefer his economic policies of not encouraging welfare schemes but there too he disappointed. For example Vande Bharat trains without improving the tracks and signalling. His priorities are bad. If Rahul Gandhi can strengthen Congress, we can have alternative. But I am not sure of his development policies and hate his welfare model.
