as to my option the Dr. is giving stupid reasons. I know why he is freaking out. indirectly he is saying that the students in his university know nothing about the courses they took. The exam will not appear from the blue, it will appear from what they have learned. what is important is reviewing the courses they took.

No body really understands the burden that Private Universities and colleges have been carrying so far. There is no way that public universities would be able to absorb all these students. Labelling all as money making machines is absolutely wrong because Universities like Unity has produced amazing graduates that do have amazing impact on the country.. It is not however to deny that some institutions don't care about quality. As addressed on the interview, all of us should take the responsibility for all that has happened. Admitting our failure is the very first step for improvement. And it is true that the exit exam program should have been introduced when the students begin classes at their first year. Lets not pretend that we get to remember our first year course when we were at the fourth year. But had it been introduced way back, we would have watch our steps. Anyway, we shall see how it will turn out. Finally, thank you Doctor for standing by the students and boldly say that mistakes have been done and we shall face it together for a solutions. Gracias!

when do these diploma mills take responsibility? I would expect some shame when after 4 years they produce students that can't get 50% on the exit exam. I consider it fraud, they have to support the students to pass the exam until they pass it, no matter how many time or years it take. Otherwise they should refund the students.
