2202のばら撒きは、弾幕を張り続ける意味では非常に効果的だと個人的には考えます。 ノイ・デウスーラ戦での物質移送機による全方位攻撃、ゴーランド艦隊の圧倒的多数のミサイル、ニードルスレイブ・イーターIの無数の波状攻撃など、ガミラス戦役と比べて多数の弾幕を迅速に相手にしなきゃいけない場面が多いので、ばら撒きによる弾幕の方が精密射撃より効果的といえましょう。

ciws and aa are the same. These are mostly for dramatic effect; they would probably be more precise but it looks impressive and reminds of the old fashioned machine guns.

Yeah. CIWS is capable of AA and can even engage surface targets, mainly small vessels, but I wouldn't trust its ai (near civilian craft that is😅)

This is a fantasy re-telling of history, and so I doubt these guns in the minds of the writer are quite as good at CIWS. That said, I remember my Dad's company working on the first phalanx systems back in the day. It could have been the early 80's, it's been a long time.

I mean it's sci-fi, so who knows, but in real life, they're positioned the way secondary batteries would be. Which COULD be used for AA work at medium ranges. But the Yamato and most other naval vessels also had smaller clusters of dedicated AA guns which would have fired at a very high rate of fire. The turrets we see here are a bit of a weird mix. They might well have just called them 'secondary turrets' or something and the software they used could be used for both purposes.

Oh, they do use missiles. This is just a clip of the AA battery. The ship has a full broadside of launchers, another eight on the keel, six more in the smokestack and six at both ends. There are maybe too *many* missiles on the ship if anything...

However, most of them are huge models designed to attack enemy ships or bases, rather than small missiles that attack aircraft. The reason why Yamato does not shoot missiles at aircraft is because the missiles are rendered ineffective by substances in space that they do not know about, or because they are unable to make a large number of missiles that are "objects" that can be shot at aircraft individually, and to store them in the narrow space of the ship. I thought it might be because there wasn't one.

El armamento defensivo del Acorazado Yamato esta muy mal demasiado mal diseñado solo esta concentrado en los lados derecho ( Estribor ) e izquierdo ( Babor ) de la cubierta dorsal en un castillo ridículo. o sea puede solo puede defenderse en lados de izquierda ( Babor ) y derecha ( Estribor ) , no tienen defensa en los lados del frente ( Proa ) y la parte de atrás ( Popa ).; pero el punto muerto mas letal es que no tiene nada de defensa en su punto intermedio de Estribor o la derecha y de babor o izquierda, otra parte sin defensa es la parte ventral o la parte de abajo del caso ni en sus lados derechos ( estribor ) e izquierda (Babor ) , como de la parte de abajo o ventral de frente ( Proa ) o de atrás ( Popa ) Se que es ficción pero si yo fuera el comandante enemigo atacaría por donde el Buque este menos defendido que seria sea doral o la parte a arriba, ventral o la parte a abajo en su parte de Frente ( Proa ), su parte Trasera (popa) , pero sobre todo en el punto intermedio de su lado derecho o Estribor, y su lado izquierdo o babor, y el menos defendido es en toda su parte ventral o de abajo no hay defensas.
