እኔ ስለናንተ ምንም ልል አልችልም ምርጥ ነው ግን አሁንም ውድ ነው በጣም ውድ ነው ቤታቹ አሁንም የታችኛውን ይቅርና መሀከለኛውን ያማከለ አይደለም በጣም በርግጠኝነት በተጨማሪም አከፋፈሉም ከባድ ነው ለማንኛውም መልካም ይሁንላቹ

የቤት ችግር የሚፈታው ትክክለኛ የመሬት ማኔጅመንት ሲኖር ነው። የቤት ችግርን ለመፍታት የሚያስብም የሚሰራም ካምፓኒ በአለም ላይ የለም በችግሩ ለመጠቀም እንጂ። ለዚህ ማስረጃው ቤቱን የሚሸጡበት ዋጋ ምስክር ነው። ከአንድ ቤት በትንሹ 50%ያተርፋሉ ።ይህን ትርፍ ለማጋበስ እንጂ የቤት ችግርን ለመፍታት አይደሉም።

What a wonderful and visionary company! Thumbs up 👍 . The residents in the building are placing satellite dishes and hanging clothes on their windows, which makes the building look unattractive. They should get cable from a main source instead of using satellite dishes for individual apartments. For drying clothes, they should use a drying area on the rooftop, especially if they don’t have washing machines.

The housing problem in Addis Ababa isn’t just about a lack of supply - it’s really about affordability and the lack of a proper mortgage system. There are plenty of houses available in the city for those who can pay, but the question is: how can the average Ethiopian afford these new homes? It’s great that companies like OVIDE are building more, but these houses will likely end up being bought by people who already own property or investors. It’s not rocket science - if we want to solve the housing issue, we need a plan that works for middle- and lower-income groups.

As long as there's no an effective and targeted mortgage system in the country, the housing problems will be addressed. The present real estate companies unreasonable cost is difficult to afford even for high income people. The housing problem of the majority, middle and lower income population, is not addressed in the current volatile market.
