Assalamualaikum Whilst this is a beautiful poem about Madinah Munnarawah, and there is great reward in reminding people of the holy land, it should be reminded that picture making is not permissable, and according to many Ulama, digital photography falls under impermissible. It's a Nasheed, just cause he didn't say it in the nasheed doesn't mean he doesn't believe Rasul ﷺ isn't a mercy to the worlds. To reject the Ayah would be Kufr, you should be careful what you accuse another Muslim of.

Imam Zayn Ul Abideen was not a Shia, He was a righteous scholar of Ahlus-Sunnah, an ascetic and great grandson of The holy Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, and is loved admired and followed by every Muslim. And in reality he rejected the Shia in his own lifetime, he lived in Madinah Munawwarah wherein there were no Shia
