@AllmusikxD Here's my opinion, and I have spent a lot of my life on t.A.T.u. for over a year... the actual music is the same, but the voices sound different, and not just because of the different language. The Russian version sounds more desperate, as it was the original made for shock value in Russia the intensity of emotion was important. The English voices are smoother, cleaner, partly because the girls have had more singing practice, it was recorded 1-2 years after the original.
