I love his thinking and anticipation of what the customers may complain about. This man clearly had some grandmother influence in his life. Please start to give the chefs a quick interview about what their motivation was for starting and who they learnt their craft from. This man has found his love and his peace. He is much better spiritually and mentally than most of us 9-5ers stuck in fancy clothes and offices. I am searching for this handcart before the year ends.

I just Discovered this channel yesterday! Oh My Dear Lord this makes me miss my Aunt Claire from when I was little. She was a Pure- bred Jamaican woman who lived upstairs in our two-family house. She wasn't blood family but I adopted her because I Loved her So Much... I Absolutely Love watching the host Eat the food, it's like I'm eating it right along with him! But, What's his Name? I'd like to know... I Especially enjoyed this episode because Father Jones talks about the food, and ingredients step by step! I'm So Happy I discovered this channel, and will continue watching!
