I'm not knocking anyone's hustle and I applaud him for what he does. But coming from a chef perspective, when you overcrowd that lowers the oil temp and and seen, it will cause some of the chicken to lose some of it's breading and in some cases soak up excess oil. And smaller batches would fry quicker given that there will be a steady temp. I would definitely try this though 👍🏼

Good Hustle in the streets and I give credits to that but Don't pack the chicken in the fryer like that, it's disgusting. Slowing down your frying process and shedding some of the breading of your chicken. Thats really crazy im trying to just right positivity but from a chef point of view bwoy.... all that shuffling breaking off the crust is disturbing my brain. Love the end product and would try it.

Great content. I respect this guy's hustle. Love that he's able to feed so many people at once and the food is fresh off the fire. He has a method that allows him to feed a lot of people at once, Frying in small batches wouldn't work for him. Some would burn up while he is serving and the fries would get cold and soggy before the chicken is done. Meat looks well done yet tender and juicy. All the customers are happy and that's what matters. The only food critic is the one who tasted and Yaad Life's Good say it taste good.
