Super, but its important to remove the froth from the soup when it is boiling up, cause it causes unhealthy gases to build up in the stomach. The walls in that place also needs to be washed or painted, it is very dirty.

I noticed that too. He needed to scald off all the chicken foot in fresh lemon first so anything coming up in the soup would be remaining oils like you see in collagen broth!

When you boil soup the food should be taken out of the broth coz after sitting the broth get too thick when you serve the soup you add the food to the serving size of the broth
