Sir... Useful video but sorry to say, the lady has not explained well so that people can understand easily. Millets is a type of traditional rice. It should be Unpolished. Plz don't buy polished.. 🙏 Ambuli means Fermented Rice. It has lot of good bacteria so eating it as first thing in empty stomach is healthier. Ambuli should not be heated. Ambuli is rich in Fibre. It will take few hours to digest. It fulfill Ur stomach & u will not feel hungry for long time. U can drink something after one hour gap. Ambuli is planned preparation. Morning or mid noon, wash & soak the Unpolished Millets for minimum 6 - 8 hours. In the late evening, cook the soaked Millets in a open vessel till it gets soft (Use the same soaked water + add lot of extra water). U can use cooked millet to make Kichadi for dinner also. Else transfer to Mud vessel & close with Gada/muslin cloth and keep it aside. Tip : Add more water while cooking if it becomes dry. If it is already watery don't worry, it will become slightly thick once it cools down. Next day Morning, it becomes Fermented rice/millet. U can eat as it is by adding salt, jeera, ginger, raw chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander, grated carrot, Curd / thick buttermilk. Else u can grind to paste (in pulse mode only) and add above ingredients / add masala powders / add mishri + soaked dry fruits and drink it as kheer. (no white sugar) 🙏 Lot of recipes are there using Millets. Always buy Unpolished, soak, cook well and prepare any dish.

खादरवली सर और मैम का अंबली बनाने का तरीका बिल्कुल अलग है सिम्पल एक बार धोकर 15 गुना पानी मे 6 घंटे या ओवर डे या नाईट सोक करना है फिर पकाना है और अनाज की तरह पकने के बाद आप कपड़ा बांध कर 10 से 12 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दीजिए फिर खाने के लिए तैयार

Not very clear about Kodo. I am doing for the first time 🙏. The sequence is ¼ cup kodo -->Wash once --> 6 to 8hr soak --> boil or cook with 10 to 12 times water --> remove standing water --> Hope this liquid needs to be fermented for 6 to 8 ?? --> Add little Ginger + Salt + pepper powder + Pudina and / or Karry leaves?? Kindly leave the reply 🙏
