Each team still is automatic n simmed thru, but u can make trades at the deadline, and try to sign one star (90 or higher) in free agency. Sim up until 2020 n determine who had the most success

I think staff edits and position changes should be allowed the staff hardly ever changes even with settings on and positional changes are still realistic like in this vid Simmons could’ve been a 3 or 5 and I don’t think that’s unrealistic if this sim happened irl.
