It is simply Causality Manipulation Users can manipulate causality, the relationship between causes and effects, allowing them to decide what happens and what doesn't, when and how. I think you misunderstood something about skills. What Veldora and Rimuru have are Ultimate Skills, the evolved forms of Unique Skills. These are granted to individuals who have reached the Ultimate Power. What Shion and others have are only Unique Skills because they have not yet reached the Ultimate Power like Rimuru and Veldora. And about Shion's Skill, it is a skill that rewrites nature's laws. So even if what shion cooks is supposed to taste bad, it will taste exactly as she wants it to taste like. So if she wills it, she can make shit taste like a candy for you.

They dont really explain it In the anime, but the way the veldora skill works basicly is that rimuru ate veldora, he digs out veldoras soul from his stomach and plants it In the clone puppet. If ever anything happens to veldora or if he/rimuru wants it he can return inside rimuru through the soul corridor. Veldora cant actually have a physical body of his own anymore since he is now a part of rimuru instead of a separate being, which is why he lives In the clone. Rimuru tried to free him but the only way they could use was the clone, which is different from rimuru just going *pop* clone and veldora is out, lets go boys.

Shion's skill allows her to get the outcome she wants to whatever she cooks. It doesn't have to be edible to used this skill for example cutting a persons leg and making it that he never had legs in his life means he can't heal it because that is his original form there is nothing to heal

A few points 😁: 1) Shion's UNIQUE skill, Master chef is a reality warping ability. No matter what she does, the result will be how she wants it to be. Battle wise, she can make it so that when you evade her attack, you'll still get hit or That when she receives a damage, she won't get damaged ( to an extent) Ultimate skill wielders of course can bypass this ability. 2) They seem to have omitted the process in which Uriel: Lord of vows (Covenant King Uriel) was acquired. It was acquired by fusing the remains of infinite prison with all the skills that were gathered from everyone after evolution through 'Food Chain' (a skill from the orc lord that evolved from supply and demand). It represents the "Covenant" or the bond that Rimuru has with everyone. It can also be thought to represent Rimuru's "Vow" to protect everyone and everyone's Vow to devote themselves to Rimuru. Hence, the name. 3) Veldora Lord of Storms (Storm King Veldora) Is done by analysing veldora's energy remains and connecting it to the soul corridor. This skill contains the sub- skills Storm Dragon Release, Storm Dragon Summon, and Storm magic.
