I hope this doesn't count as a spoiler. It's stuff they don't explain fully in the anime although hints are given. The way I understand it is demons rank themselves by how long they have existed. I was wondering myself how Black got a body (because they need bodies to exist for long in the physical world), but maybe the gift of all the dead bodies (I had to watch the anime a few times to see that it was bodies that Rimuru gave him, not souls, the souls were for the Demon Seed nourishment). Then the magicules from Rimuru were what upgraded Diablo more when he gave him a name. Monsters all are made up of magicules (mostly?), including demons, which make them more affected by magic. Souls are not made up of magicules, they are spiritual. Black, although old, didn't have a body because he was the oddball among the Primordials.

Its not been clear and i dont think the anime will explain so... The words of the world was the one who spoke to rimuru when he was reincarnating, the one who spoke to rimurus forces during the harvest festival, and the one who just spike to clayman. Great sage, in order to communicate with rimuru, hijacked the voice of the words of the world hence the same voice actor. However after evolving into Raphael the voice has changed a tiny bit but the resemblance is still there.

Finally Great Sage sacrificed Degenerate (part of another skill), and also Merciless was sacrificed at some point, to evolve into Ultimate Skill Raphael. So Raphael is not as strong as WotW. At Walpurgis one thing left out in the anime was everyone trying to probe everyone else's skills and how each tried to hide theirs or fool the others. Also, sometimes if someone really, really wants something, WotW might grant it. Before he "gained power", Clayman said I don't care if I'm not a True Demon Lord, I just want power. He did not become a "True" Demon Lord.

The Voice of the world os basically the laws of the world they are in. It also announces events like Harvest festival n what not. Great Sage/Raphael took the voice of the world’s….voice to speak with Rimuru so sometimes it’s hard to tell when either is talking but when it’s Raphael, they usually have an icon or what not or goes along with asking Rimuru bout selections. Clayman spoke into the universe and the voice of the world answered.

It is rather easy to miss this part, but if you remember, Milim did give Carrion a warning in the form of a declaration of war a week ahead in time, which allowed Carrion to evacuate the citizens from the capital, and hence the fight between Milim and Carrion resulted in zero casualties. After all, she wasn't really under mind control, but had to convince Clayman that she was. (If you're wondering how did Milim get off so easy after destroying an entire city, here's the reason. There were no casualties and Rimuru had the workforce and funding for its rebuilding).

There's the Words of the World, the universe speaking up and interfacing with people. Then there's Great Sage which is a skill that is like a digital assistant and wiki for the world that shares the same voice as the Words. Raphael is the upgrade of Great Sage. The initial voice in episode one was the Words. Great Sage is the internal voice. It's really hard to tell sometimes because it's the same voice, though Raphael is much less robotic than the Words now.

So with the computer voices, we have heard three of them, if we count Great Sage and Raphael seperately. Great sage was talking to Words of the World during the Harvest Festival but they sound so similar it is hard to tell them apart, then Words of The World talks to everyone else to bestow gifts. We never really see inside anyone elses head so can only speculate on how Words of the World works, but I think we hear it whenever Rimeru gains new abilities and then Great Sage/Raphael is the one that he can have a conversation with. With Clayman you can tell by listening to the effects and tones on the voice that it is NOT Raphael.

I can explain more but i will refrain so you don't get spoiled. I just wanna make sure one distinction is clear. From the very start,it is supposed to be known (on light novel grounds) that great sage and world language are 2 DIFFERENT things. The anime uses the same voice,so that's how you are confused. Also I would advise to be hyped if there is another season,because a lot of shit is gonna happen,including in next episode.

They changed a lot of small dumb things this episode Veldora only came because rimuru changed the cover on his manga as a prank and made him read the wrong one and upset veldora however he enjoyed the manga anyway Baretta didn’t take apart the body she took all its weapons and laid them out as offerings for rimuru They took out rimuru asking why she didn’t do something sooner and she said coz she wanted to fight him When clayman tried to mind control shion rimuru said it didn’t work coz she became immune when she came back to life and that it didn’t work on him because of his impenetrable firewall Raphael Also Raphael says clayman didn’t actually awaken he skipped the harvest festival therefore it’s just a temporary power boost

26:46 i don't think the 3% was a bad calculation, but that it was going based on his current power level pre demon lord status, i think what it means is the chance of success shot up simply because his power level shot up, and since he saved everyone it seems as though it was 100% chance at that point. (maybe 90% until he got the extra magicules from the two demons, then 100% because rapheal + beelzebuth are just that OP lol)
