Gi-hun really helped at the first game. In s1 200+ players(forgot the exact amount)were eliminated in the red ligh green light game but in here only 91 players were eliminated

It seems to me that they implemented the voting system after each game because that's what the gamblers like. Betting because they are going to win the next time, betting for one more round is saying they got hit right where they like it, in their addiction. It gives them endorphins every time they squeeze. And of course they're going to be shitty to each other because being shitty got them there, most of them. Not all of them. Excellent

I'm really surprised that the rapper had his jewelry/drug stash with him. It makes me think the organizers of the game did it on purpose to introduce an element of chaos. When the rapper said "You played before, you can help us win the games" Gi-hun should have explained that there are games that get half the players killed anyway. There is no way to save everyone. He should have pushed that if he helps everyone survive the money to divide would still be the same as when they are voting right now (and even if half die it's still not a lot of money, around 50 millions won instead of nearly 25). Should have insisted that if you vote to stay anyway you are effectively MURDERING at least half the people here and ok you get more money but you are now a murderer, seen by everyone. Alternatively he could also have said that he would not help anyone who voted yes, but I think that would be in opposition to what he's trying to do: he doesn't want to kill people. I could definitely see him sacrificing himself to save others but only in one on one, coz if he's in a team then that would mean killing the rest of his team... I can see some decision paralysis coming...
