What's really sad about this is Nezuko never had the chance to really mourn her family apart from episode 1 briefly. You can tell Nezuko was conscious of her emotions when she burst into tears, and that her cries were tears of pain and hurt for Tanjiro and her family

Not only that, towards the end of the manga... After turning back into human, she has to deal with her brother being possessed by Muzan and kind of do what Tanjiro had done for her this episode. Have to remember something crucial here too. Other than this time and the brief instance back when her mother showed up during the fight with rui this is the FIRST memory of her family that nezuko has ever had this entire time. The only other times she's seen her family is when urokodaki put that "spell" on her. She sees her brothers and sisters all the time but it's very doubtful she actually remembers them fully as to who they actually are. Remember urokodaki said you have to protect HUMANS. He didn't say one word about family or anything. It was never stated in the manga but that memory of her mother might have been the very first memory from when she was human that nezuko has had this whole time. Other than the fact that she knows Tanjiro is her brother

Touching on the last episode, they left an interesting line out from the manga regarding why Tanjiro stopped right before taking Daki's head. Went something like "If humans could fight purely off of anger and willpower, demons would have left this earth long ago." It's because Tanjiro has such a strong survival instinct that he stopping himself before pushing his body too far, a safeguard that comes in the form of his family warning him of danger, it's very well done! Also, now you know that cutting off her head doesn't mean anything anyways, so...

I really like how Nezuko nearly lost herself in rage and demon possession and not just a good little demon who's a plot device. It really shows just how dangerous she is and why the Hashira wanted to kill her back when the trial of Tanjiro and Nezuko happened. Also Uzui giving Tanjiro a chance and the idea to calm her was a nice touch. It shows he's not just an all brawn demon slayer but has compassion and isn't as careless as he likes to appear. I've not read the manga but I got a feeling next episode we're really gonna see what Uzui can do and it's gonna be just as badass as Rengoku. What this show has shown so far is Hashira are no joke and are way above Tanjiro and crew. Although I'm quite disappointed that Zanitsu and Inosuke have done basically nothing so far, they had a little scrap with the cloth but that's it so I'm assuming their time to shine is in the up coming arcs.

Demon Slayer is so amazing. 1.Simple story. Not too complex ideologies. 2.More realistic protagonist. For example Tanjiro decides to convert Nezuko back to human and that's why he became a demon slayer. It's not like "Demon killed my family and now I am gonna kill them all". 3.Teamwork. It's not like other typical shonen for example Tanjiro awakens power and kill all demons single handedly. Everyone had their role and everyone played it very well. 4.The bonds. We can see, how strong the bond is between Tanjiro, Nezuko and their family. Not only that every character in this series shares some kind of bond with someone, even demons themselves also. 5.The emotions. We can somehow relate the emotions of characters because characters of Demon slayer are mature and at the same time emotional. These reasons, in my opinion, make Demon Slayer different from other shows/ stories.

She ages mentally besides the trait they all keep when turning demon, for example Rui's want for family stayed with him when he was a demon and Daki's temper tantrums stayed with her. The two of them don't make the upper six. Gyutaro alone is the real upper six. Daki is just a liability. You can think of it as a high-level player carrying a low-level player in their situation. Also, the two people in the room can't run. They're on the third floor in the corner of the room, they can't even jump out the window. The exit was previously blocked by Daki and then Gyutaro.

Someone made a good point once that he wouldn't be able to utilize Gyutaro much(who he actually likes) if he didnt appeal to his sister much Gyutaro could care less about climbing ranks, but if Muzan could make Daki interested in it, she would likely be the one to convince Gyutaro to try and get stronger

This reveal makes a lot of sense, this whole time I thought Daki was too weak to be an Upper moon, especially one that has killed seven Hashiras. I know Tanjiro leveled up but using Akaza as a reference, he and Nezuko shouldn't have done so well against her.
