He named the 3 Japanese writing systems, Arabic numbers (0-9), and Romanji which is just the Roman/Latin alphabet, all of which are common enough for Japanese I'd imagine. Then he wrote a separate note to hand to Beta detailing his own intentions. You're mixing up the two papers Cid was writing, he never handed over his own scribble notes. And Cid had no idea any of the girls at shadow garden could decipher a note with 5 different languages they had never seen before in a matter of days because who tf would? So naturally Cid assumed Getan had to be the culprit as he was searching for the counterfeits plus Yukimes aid came running to him saying his name.

The ending was surprisingly introspective, especially for a show as ridiculous as this. We never really got much insight as to how Cid felt about his current life, and I feel that this episode might've been a breaking point for him. Here's a few things I liked; "I've been digging holes constantly ever since, and yet for some reason I can't find a thing". Cid talking about how he never achieved his dream back in his world (Santa betraying him) and how that led to him never opening up to anyone again. "But I tread very carefully. Because, while I am the victor, I am simultaneously the loser". The ending shot of his footsteps in the snow while Delta was calling for him is also another thematic link here. Seems that Cid is feels genuinely lost. He couldn't find the enjoyment he desperately wanted in his previous life, and now that he's attained the "Eminence" status, he's still digging but can't find purpose. All in all, this anime is the closest we've gotten to One Punch Man, Cid does seem to mirror many of Saitama's character quirks, such as their inability to reach self-actualization because of their disconnect from reality. In Cid, this is even more on the nose, considering he literally dissociates from himself whenever he's in his Shadow persona. Can't be fun having no attachments to life.

It's not an alliance but more like Yukime is fully merging with Shadow Garden. There really needs to be a new name for the whole overarching organization though at this point. Mitsugoshi public face financial arm, Shadow Garden is the military and operations division, now Yukime's group is the newest branch in charge of underworld and black market matters. Considering her capabilities it wouldn't be totally wrong to consider Yukime the 8th shadow.
