Hard to believe Weber’s been around so long and Belmonte already passed him by..

PDW is a dick. Met him many times and he is just not nice.

@@johnping1767 Oh yeah. I admire his game but that's it. And not to trample on anyone's grave, but D'Entremont was a dick too. At least in the days where he was drinking a lot.

They are bowlers from different eras in my mind, even if Weber played him like 3 or 4 times when he was north of 50. Belmonte's entire career has been in a time where the equipment is significantly better, the level of the competition is better too.

@@geordiehalma7323 It makes no sense whatsoever to compare bowlers from today's professional game and from years past. Bowling has never, ever faced a crisis such as it is these days with it's popularity at an all time low. There aren't enough top level professionals today to fill a single tournament from say 1985. Belmonte has had to contend with perhaps 3 or 4 world class players in his career whereas Pete Weber had to face that many every week. And there is the legitimate question as to whether two handed delivery is even the same game fundamentally as the traditional single arm/hand.

I heard a clicking noise so I'm going to tell the fans to be quiet and blame you for any bad shots...give me a break...you have to tone that stuff out....
