I also thought Mr Justice Yahya Afridi acts according to law only, until I came across a judgement in CMA No 4020 of 2024 in HRC No 35113 P of 2018. illegal order in HRC passed by Mr. Saqib Nisar then CJP was challenged. The petitioner of HRC is daughter of a forcibly retired PCO judge. Order of bench by Mr YAHYA is a biased one and silent on the illegal act of Mr. Saqib Nisar then CJP currying favours to his friend and brother Judge’s Daughter via HRC proceedings. It is worth mentioning she had failed to prove a good ,loyal wife and used shamelessly her father’s connections in superior judiciary for victimizing her husband. Nepotism at its best.

Ali Warsi Sb., Article 63 A hee is waqt sahi lagta hai, Bhai jub uss ka vote count hee nahi hoga aur uss ko yeh pehlay say pata hoga tou phir woh vote hee nahi daiga iss darr say k na uss ka vote count hoga aur woh disqualify bhi hojaigaa.
