Your method of making Karela with besan and basic spices is the same as I make it . At my home , the bitterness of karela is its main charm so I also do not take out the bitterness by adding salt and draining it later . The bhindi vegetable can also be made using the same spice blend with besan and becomes Kurkuri bhindi . I have never tried bhindi with a gravy but now feel tempted to try it after watching your video. Thank you . I am watching from Delhi .
