GARLIC - 5 CLOVES
RED CHILLI POWDER - ½ + ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ + ½ TSP
SALT - ½ + ½ TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 1 + 2 TABLESPOON
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
BAY LEAF - 1 LEAF
CLOVE - 3 Nos.
CARDAMOM - 2 Nos.
HING - ¼ TSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
FENNEL SEEDS (POWDERED) - 1 TSP
DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES - 1 TSP
DAHI / CURD - ½ CUP
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
