7. CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
8. CINNAMON - 1 INCH
9. BAY LEAF - 1 LEAF
10. CLOVE - 3 NOS.
11. BLACK PEPPER - 8 TO 10 NOS.
12. GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
13. GINGER - 1 INCH
14. ONION (MEDIUM) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
15. DAHI / CURD - 1 CUP
16. CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
17. RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
18. TURMERIC POWDER - ½ TSP
19. SALT - 1 TSP
20. DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES - 1 TABLESPOON
21. GARAM MASALA - 1 TSPC
22. CORIANDER LEAVES - ¼ CUP
