i had this on request for months, so i finally got around to it! there's a LOT of nonsense in this song, so check below for footnotes. if you have suggestions on how to improve this translation, please feel free to chime in! there are a couple of formatting errors that i didnt catch during editing and i hate maself

** majima says this in a very effeminate way
*** i cut it out because it ruined the flow, but majima says "kirakira" in between these lines--it just means "shining/sparkling"
**** i dont know. I LITERALLY DONT KNOW. PRETTY SURE THIS IS JUST FLAT OUT GIBBERISH. i can make out SOME intelligible words (like マズいです/mazui desu/"oh, crap"), but even japanese language sources just said "lol idk"
***** he is just singing "lalalalala" and the like between the lines

The thing with Majima's songs (like Majima no Maji rock and Zetsubouchou Pride) is that they initially sound kind of negative complaining about a shitty life or being stuck in the same depressing cycle of trivial BS but then turn out to be really uplifting and motivational. The lyrics of this one really hit home.

Damn even without knowing the Lyrics and as a plus I don't know the Story of 6 except that Haruka got a Kid and you're taking care of him while she's in a Coma from an Accident. I saw the Trailer for 6 which you can see gives out quite a lot. Sad song still because it's the Final Yakuza game with Kiryu. (Btw I've watched every Y game except 5, 6 and 7. And Dead Souls and some the Japanese games which should be Subbed. So that's why.) Anyways. Sad song no matter how much you know bout the game.
