IIRC they had to swap the eyepatch to his right eye in the live-action film (as he's usually depicted with his left eye patched) because for the actor who portrayed him, his right eye didn't work as good as his left so it would've been a problem if they kept the eye-patch how it was in the games. Also, the film's usage of Majima predates Kiwami and its Majima Everywhere system by like a decade.

I know I'm 5 months late, but the Baby Man is a guy whose fetish was to be treated like a baby, and pretty much kidnapped people in order to try and make them like it as much as he did. In the end Kiryu beats his ass and tells him that he can't force people to be into the same fetishes he has, if I remember correctly
