You gotta get all of the girl cards to fight him and gotta get his friendship maxed and you also date the three girls in Kiryu’s game and finish The Hostess stuff in Majima. Why i’m telling you this? Vendor pop is from kurohyou 2, but Sega decided to put it in 5 for the "Shinada's Interview" substory
