i disagree with the anti climax drops (track reset)....maybe im a bit oldschool here but if you give me 2 mins of break with nice arps and a cool melody i deserve that melody bass kick full on open wide drop....i hate anti climax drops, thats actualy the reason why modern trance sucks for me.

+ Especially if you make music not for chilling at home, but for openairs, I was on one techno festival this summer and many times after a long break - everyone having their hands up, ready to start jumping - and no drop, again and again, same sh*t, I just don’t understand it

Modern trance still has melody unless you listen to heavy tech trance. It’s more of the melodic techno / progressive trance that just cuts it all out
