Do you know if there is maintenance plan in place for the cleaning of debris from the drains and shrubs, small trees and grass along the newly built or upgraded roads?

Junction is still a better route to Portland, it's a shorter route to Port Antonio. The road from Morant Bay to Port Antonio is not that great.
