Hey tab...the condition is called Plantar Fasciitis. I have the same thing due to being an RN and being on my feet for 12-14 hrs/day. There are stretching exercises to do and also turmeric helps with the inflammation or ibuprofen. 🥰🙏

Amen Tabitha! Why are some so judgmental and have absolutely no right to be. You continue to do you. Those detractors should start their own vegan channel and do it like they prefer to do. There's more than one way to skin a cat. I call them keyboard bullies. Let God guide your light! I haven't found many vegan channels that I think would hold my interests of veganism for very long without getting bored with the food. Btw, I'm still waiting on a cookbook! 😁

Kay B, yes absolutely!! A couple years back I was vegan for a year and really really missed sausage and hotdogs. None of the processed vegan alternatives in the store even came close. If I had found Tab and her carrot hotdogs then, I may still be vegan! They taste so much like the real thing it’s insane! Please let me know what you think! Good luck!
