@@jacquelinebryant5026 hey Queen, I'm a vegetarian who recently transitioned to veganism(Vegan for the last 4 weeks). What I usually do is sautee the "heavy" vegetables (your carrots, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale-etc) with some yellow onions, green peppers, vegan hosin sauce, or some raw garlic (eases digestion) and garlic lemon pepper. I may also sneak some Beyond Meat in there, particularly if I am doing a vegan stir fry with brown rice or quinoa. There are variations of that, and sometimes I use chickpea pasta with Kale, organic/vegan sauce, tomatoes, raw garlic and fresh basil. Also, you can juice them with green apples, oranges, strawberries with a pinch of raw ginger-also for easy digestion. I hope this helps! Love and light to you and your journey! 💜🥰

Well I am vegan now when I was diagnosed with diabetes because of eating all the wrong foods and a bunch of sugar candies most of my years, my doctor told me he wanted me to go vegan instead of being on the pills so I can get my A1c down and I’m losing weight but I’m liking the vegan food nowand I’m learning how to cook it adding things to make it good and also watching you I’ll be getting ready to do the burrito this weekend❤
