Celebrating 40 years in June 2024, our journey began in San Gabriel, California, with Kenzo and Nobuko Yamada's passion for the freshest sashimi and sushi. Known for our personal service and unmatched quality, we've grown under the Kohno Family's leadership, expanding to new locations in West LA and soon K-town. Kanpai with us as Scott Kohno and Yama-san reflect on the store's humble beginnings and visions for the future.
