Yamadori Larch Bonsai Styling + Subalpine Fir Repot

Larch bonsai initial design and subalpine Fir bonsai repot. Both of these are from the spring. Both bonsai trees responded well to the work. This is the first year I’ve worked with larch as a bonsai specimen. I do like it a lot and hope to have more developed larch bonsai in a few years. Thanks for watching, liking, subscribing. The Larch is looking great. Hard to have patience some times, but this one is shaping up to be a nice tree.

Ya thanks, I’ve been a little slow developing and collecting larch. They are a bit harder to collect in the spring, as they are quick to push out growth and thus unable to collect. Some people will collect in the fall for this reason. Anyways, I’m looking forward to this up coming year of Larch development. I have a few bigger ones that I’ll be able to work on this year. Truly a great species for bonsai. Thanks for the post
