I really think the CVP-809 is the best. The genos is a close second in terms of sounds. The CVP-809 has a USB audio interface built in, but the Genos does not. The PSR-SX600 does, as well, and I am very happy with that.

Yes, the CVP-809 is a beast. AFAIK, it's basically a Genos in a piano package with a superb keyboard action mechanism and an amazing amplification/speaker system. What I just cannot understand is the lack of realtime controls: no joystick/wheels, no sliders, no knobs! Quite unforgivable in a keyboard of that price. Also, it's shocking the lack of an audio interface in the Genos, when even a cheap PSR-E373 has one.

Such a great comparison. It appears the differences in style quality are minimal. I don't have to buy an SX600. My E463 is enough.

All PSREs are the epitome of abomination in this earth. They are utterly trash sounding.

The guitars and bass in the E473 is the same but SX600 but horribly muffled. I hate how Yamaha holds back the sounds of the PSREs just to force people spend 1000$ for a decent sounding keyboard.
