I just got a 2004 blaster same color and same pipe it has a brand new rebuild with the delete kit for the oil injetion it was bored 20 over plus i got a extra head to bore over as a back up

comparing the stock silencer to the fmf silencer the fmf is louder since its after market and people want it to be louder. if you want it to be quieter id suggest to just leave the exhaust stock.

if u mean putting the exhaust on the atv then no its really easy. except the front pipe u have to put it in a certain way but its not hard at all.

@norcomanik12 sounds like it has a leak did you torque it down to specs 3 times(2 seperate times after running bike to properly seat gaskets) like ur supposed to?I have same pipes on my 02 and it has more of a rin tin tin at idle(urs sounds decent running but shit at idle no offense but u might have bent ur flanges or maybe u just need to turn the idle up ?)could just be ur mic but it dont sound right at idle.

hak Attack atv #8 no 2 strokes don't need oil in the crank case. only transmission oil etc needs to be changed. two stroke burns oil and gas. the gas to oil mixture sits in the crank case and then it's sucked into the combustion chamber and burned. So 2 stroke are lubricated with gas pretty much. If they sit for a while you should drain your crank case tho.

when i bought the bike it already had the pipe on it. shortly after i made the video i turned the idler up since i noticed it was boging. So the problem was the idler needed to be turned up.
