I am assuming you could do the reverse if you wanted to use Midas pre-amps? Also in this configuration does the CL5 have exclusive control over head-amp gain?

in case,,if i use midas for master n other slave ,,the analog gain can,t use

hallo.. you prefer midas pro1 OR yamaha QL1 for best sound quality in live stage? My band is heavy metal, I use it for tour.

For sound quality, I would have to say the Midas Pro 1. However the Pro1 has a frustrating set of compromises over a Pro2C ... get a Pro2C!

I thought the KT-Dante64 card was 64 in 64 out. Is that not the case?

Yes but the first KT card for DN9650 was 32/32. Watch out for the old ones.

No you cannot. The Midas board cannot control the preamps in the Yamaha RIO. It would be the same if you did it the other way round. You could use a Midas DL251 and the Pro2 as master .... then create the split for the Yamaha. Mow the Yamaha cannot control the Midas gain.
